Ever wondered what it’s like to work with Speakeasy Coaching or Brighton Comedy Course?

This special taster evening gives you a chance to experience both.

Led by Louise Stevenson, comedian, speaker, author and communications coach with 16 years’ experience, these sessions are designed to be fun, practical and confidence-building from the start.

6.00–7.00pm

Public Speaking with Personality

A lively taster session for anyone who wants to bring more humour, warmth and personality into their presentations, pitches, talks or business copy.

You’ll learn how humour can help you connect with an audience, break up dry or technical information, and make your message more memorable. There’ll also be practical tips on delivery, confidence and audience engagement.

7.15–8.15pm

Stand-Up Comedy Taster

Have you always fancied trying stand-up comedy, but never quite had the nerve?

This fun, supportive session gives you a flavour of the 8-week Beginner’s Comedy Course. You’ll have a go at writing comedy material and trying it out in a relaxed room.

It’s ideal if you want to build confidence, challenge yourself, improve your speaking skills, or simply do something unforgettable.

You can come for one session or stay for both.

Places are limited, and this is a rare chance to try both sessions in one evening. Expect useful tips, plenty of laughs, and a proper feel for what it’s like to work with us.
