What the day looks like

We'll begin together with guided somatic practices, future-self visualisation and an introduction to Meridian tapping, creating space to slow down, reflect and reconnect with your vision.

As the morning unfolds, each participant will enjoy a one-to-one headshot session with Lauren while the rest of the group continues with guided intention-setting exercises and vision board creation.

After the workshop, you're warmly invited to stay and make use of the co-working space. Whether you'd like to put your new ideas into action, update your website, or simply spend time connecting with other attendees, you'll have the opportunity to continue the momentum in a supportive environment.
