Comedy Brunch with Leslie Bloom

Brighton doesn’t do breakfast, It does brunch. And preferably brunch hosted by Leslie Bloom. Come join us.

Ready to join you for a classic Brighton Playhouse brunch, while loitering with the intent to delight, is Brighton comedy icon Leslie Bloom.

Be in the presence of the city's favourite mother lover, raconteur and parkour instructor for the over-65s for a gloriously unhurried midday meal, complete with three hearty brunch choices and a specially created Leslie Bloom cocktail.

Virgin Leslie or Dirty Leslie. We trust you to make the right decision for yourself

Of course Leslie always prefers her drinks dirty. The dirtier the drinks the more revealing the story, so come and laugh your way through a good plate of food with her.

It’s an interactive dining experience not to be missed.

Opening Night Extravaganza

Two of the UK’s top performing improv troupes come together to make one unforgettable night.

The Dream Machine

Your dreams. Our chaos. Buckle in for the hour of your life.

Make It Beautiful Theatre Company presents The Dream Machine, a raucous long-form comedy improv show where a single audience suggestion sparks an hour of delirium like no other, packed with outrageous and absurd characters, live improvised music, ridiculous twists and unforgettable stories.

This time, a new surprise comedy guest star joins every show - bringing fresh mischief and hilarious dilemmas to our team of trained improvisers.

‘This young quintet bring the chaos and the charm’ BroadwayWorld

‘Their sheer theatrical exuberance and eagerness to expand on each other’s far-fetched ideas is a joy to behold.’ ArtsDesk

Yes Anderson

The films of Wes Anderson occupy a unique and vivid universe unto themselves: love and yearning; complicated family dynamics; existential angst. Binoculars. Maps. Suitcases.

The Yes Anderson improvised shows have been a mainstay of Brighton Fringe for five years with sell out runs. They are known for their distinctive aesthetic, memorable characters and mad cap plots.

Enter the whimsical, colourful, idiosyncratic, world of Wes. Based on audience suggestions, Yes Anderson conjures a fully improvised, never to be seen again, medley of rooted characters and story fragments. The show also includes a live improvised soundtrack.
