SHOWER SINGERS MEETS UP IN HASSOCKS (Wed 7pm) & HOVE (from time to time)! We don't get here often so visit www.quirkychoirs.com to find out more. Or email QuirkyChoirs@gmail.com and tell us about yourself. SHOWER SINGERS is a fun singing club/choir based in East Sussex. We are 20 regulars always keen for new singers to join. Especially as we have some performances coming up. No experience or audition necessary but always on the look out for more regular attendees - especially bloke voices! Don't be scared! We're a warm friendly bunch. You'll learn lots about singing with your NATURAL VOICE. Email us at quirkychoirs@gmail.com and tell us a little about yourself. About Rebecca: she set up these singing clubs in 2011 in London for mental well-being (and France for an English language school). We continue to meet up on a regular basis and have become a small community. Bringing joy through shared music of all genres. We're currently singing Doobie Bros, James Taylor, George Michael, Milck, some spirituals, a hymn, a Sting song, Judy Garland and some chanting from Cameroon and such. Our ages range from early 20s to 70s. Everyone is welcome. We even have a lamb mascot called Roderick. 🐑 If you're interested, we repeat, pls email quirkychoirs@gmail.com. We aren't on meetups all that often and wouldn't want to miss your hello. Rebecca & EvaBTW The smaller group in Hove has just restarted - meeting Saturday afternoons. There's a WhatsApp group to keep you updated with changes to the venue or day. Come give us a go. Promise you won't regret it. We always feel so uplifted and full of hope after singing. No matter what level you are - it is simply a wonderful, healing way to spend an evening with soulful folk :)
