**HOME is….** Roots & Move (London) is landing in Brighton **A 5Rhythms Somatic Movement practice for GBTQ+ men** Sunday 18 October 2026 - 6:30pm Many dancers report a feeling of ‘coming home’ when they first step onto a 5Rhythms dance floor. A connection with belonging, aliveness and something forgotten, now remembered in the body - beyond words - Tribal… What we do… We always begin with ground - the roots of our experience…. Solid, secure embodiment of our authentic self in movement…. We grow, move the energy to open the body into a flow of the dance, into exploring the circus of our experience in the ‘here and now’ of the present moment - awake/aware - connecting with self and others in the space…. Rejoicing in the circle of community - coming together with ground, body and breath. The heart of movement is the circle and each dancer plays their part - all parts are welcome. The Rhythms are: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical & Stillness We move through each of these energy invitations with a 'Wave' - a movement cycle... No prior experience needed. Just an open mind, a open heart of curiosity and a willingness to move (at your own pace) and be moved by others… \*\*\* This October class is to set the ball rolling - we plan to run monthly from January 2027 \- so a special promotion price for a special evening… We only have room for 24 Movers \*\*\* **Details:** The LOFT at Little Dippers 40-42 Upper Gardner Street Brighton BN1 4AN Special 18th October promo evening and price\*: \*£12 (£5 off the regular price of £17) Booking: [https://www.outsavvy.com/.../39927/home-roots-move-brighton](https://www.outsavvy.com/event/39927/home-roots-move-brighton?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTAAcGRvZgVicmlkETF3YnFvcENFN2N3bk1PQzlDc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQQMjIyMDM5MTc4ODIwMDg5MgABHntcm_pP1X7ZGqk_oDHhVHsFckdmZtCwvJSdPbInlte5eMMiyy_ODoIUHa_d_aem_bBtH74eVYIbdQMShgNfffQ) (Outsavvy does charge a extra booking fee - this has been taken into account with the above pricing) Access - Please note: The venue ha
