Whether you’re a devoted poetry lover, a secret poet, someone who thinks poetry “isn’t really your thing”, or you’re simply looking for a warm, friendly night out, you’re very VERY welcome here. We’re all about making poetry feel less intimidating and much more like a night with good people . Expect a brilliant mix of open mic poets, plenty of personality, big feelings, silly moments, and words that might just stay with you. We have a selection of open micers, a headliner and lots of laughs and loveliness along the way as well as a HUGE array of talent. Come on your own, bring a friend, or bring someone you’re trying to convince that they do actually like poetry. Come for the poetry. Stay for the people.
