"What separates people who realise their potential from those who, despite having the skills and experience, find themselves held back?”

It’s a question Carlene Jackson (https://www.linkedin.com/in/carlene/) has been exploring throughout her career. Since founding Cloud9 Insight (https://www.cloud9insight.com/) in 2010, she’s worked with hundreds of businesses, and has seen first-hand that talent, opportunity and the belief of others only take us so far. Often, what makes the difference is the conversation happening in our own heads.

At our next Leaders Lunch at Wild Flor (https://www.wildflor.com/) on 1 December, Carlene will share her theory of the Three Voices Within: the Saboteur, the Coach and the Intuition. She’ll explore how each can influence the decisions we make as leaders, from the opportunities we pursue to the risks we take, the conversations we avoid and the ambitions we set for ourselves. Clever concepts that you can apply to you and your business straight away.

Leaders Lunches are designed to help further stretch and develop your network of trusted advisors. Running quarterly, by invite only, bringing together just 35 CEOs, MDs, directors and senior leaders, they’re a chance to connect with your peers and learn from each other over a relaxed lunch at some of Brighton’s best restaurants.

The ticket includes a seasonal two-course lunch and a drink. The menu is available here (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ynRuP4qqxlSvQkB3EZpPQ-07EEMF1aeqyCvcgwODp10/edit?usp=sharing).

Wild Flor is an award-winning Brighton & Hove neighbourhood restaurant offering lunch, dinner & private dining with the best wine list & exemplary hospitality.
