Join us for an amazing pottery experience at our weekly pottery workshop here at Liberation Art Gallery! Discover the joy of creative expression in our hands-on Pottery Paint & Glaze Workshop at Liberation Art Gallery. Designed for beginners and experienced artists alike, this immersive session guides you through the full process of transforming your ceramic pieces into personalised works of art.

Under the expert guidance of our resident potter at Liberation Art Gallery, you'll embark on a creative journey using paints and glazes to finish your handmade ceramic piece. You will explore a range of painting techniques, colour layering methods, and glazing applications to bring your vision to life. Whether you prefer bold patterns, intricate detailing, or a minimalist aesthetic, our guided environment encourages creativity at every level.

All materials are provided, including paints, brushes, and glazes. Painted pieces will be kiln-finished to ensure durability and a professional, polished surface. Participants may return to pick up their completed artwork once the firing process is complete.

This workshop is a unique opportunity to relax, connect, and create something meaningful with your own hands. Ideal for individuals, small groups, team-building activities, and special occasions.

All materials are provided, just bring yourself and an old t-shirt to dive into this hands-on experience! No prior experience required. *Important: Please ensure you have already made your ceramic piece (and its been fired) with us prior to booking. This workshop is the second stage of making a finished pottery piece.

Parent/child policy:

Children must be accompanied by an adult. Pricing for this workshop includes one adult or one child.

Firing

Firing is included in the cost of this ticket. Items must be collected within 60 days of firing. Firing typically takes 4-6 weeks after the glazing workshop. Please take a photo of your pottery before leaving so we can identify your piece when you arrange to collect. Contact us at info@liberationartgallery.com prior to making a visit to ensure your piece is ready.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand.that plans can change, and we do our best to be fair whilst protecting the sustainability of our workshops.

Cancellations or date changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled.workshops

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop or non attendance on the day are non-refundable

As a good-will gesture, we are happy to to offer a transfer to a future workshop of equal value subject to availability when at least 48 hours notice is given

Workshop credits must be used within 3 months of the original workshop date and cannot be exchanged for cash

We are unable to offer refunds or workshop transfers for same-day cancellations. As materials, artist fees and staffing are already commited.
