Productive communication is a massive topic and our guest speaker Genevieve Picquart will be focusing on some of the best ways to express ourselves that are clear, respectful and focusing on resolving rather than blaming. This will be an interactive workshop with fun role plays and group discussions, and you'll invited to join in however feels comfortable for you. Part of Genevieve's profession is couple therapy and she has been helping couples with better communication for over 30 years. The techniques we'll be learning apply to communication with anyone, partner, friends, family, colleagues etc. As we pay for the hire of the hall, donations are really valued to help our charity group continue. The suggested amount is £5 but less is appreciated too, and everyone is warmly welcomed to join so don't worry at all if you can't donate. 😊 **We recommend you also RSVP by officially joining the 10 Keys Group here** [https://actionforhappiness.org/groups/brighton](https://actionforhappiness.org/groups/brighton) . We can then send you additional info about this and other events and related resources.
