The next meet up is a Halloween special 👻⚰️🧟 **Saint Maud** is the impressive debut by English director Rose Glass (who went on to direct *Love Lies Bleeding*). This unsettling psychological horror stars Morfydd Clark as a young hospice worker who becomes convinced that she has been chosen by God to save the soul of her terminally ill patient. As Maud's religious devotion intensifies, the line between spiritual revelation and pyschological breakdown begins to blur, leading her down an increasingly disturbing path. "Featuring a terrific performance from Jennifer Ehle and a bold, quietly nerve-shredding lead from Morfydd Clark, this is a hugely individual, distinctly British piece of genre-tweaking with a strong female focus and clear potential to cross borders between arthouse and horror" The film is available to stream for free on **4od.**
