Explore your body through movement and breath, drawing on Sensitive Dance®, Feldenkrais, Munzfloor® & contemporary dance practices.

Join us for a Sensitive Body Weekend Intensive with renowned Italian teacher Riccardo Maffiotti in Lewes, UK.

Explore your body through movement, breath & dance, drawing on Sensible Dance®, Feldenkrais, Munzfloor®, elements of contemporary dance and mindful meditation. We will alternate these different practices to refine our ability to listen to the body and discover the potential of touch.

This winter workshop takes place indoors. We will practice individually, in pairs, and as a group, working with improvisation as well as in silence and stillness.

Experience your body as a vehicle of presence to meet who you are, observing the mechanisms that guide you, unlock creativity, move beyond fear, restore self-confidence, and cultivate a conscious, healthy, and inspired relationship with your creative potential.

"A wonderful experience, really helped me drop into a different mode of being, and awareness."

"It was gently and beautifully held. I felt spacious and unhurried, and had a chance to fully embody rather than living in my thoughts"

"Experiencing the richness of greater permeability in the body. How the body can become a doorway through which to connect deeper.."
