Looking to meet someone genuine in Brighton — without awkward apps or endless swiping?

Join True Dating (https://truedating.co.uk/events/speed-dating-in-brighton-12-feb-2026), a friendly, well-organised speed dating experience designed to help like-minded singles connect in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Our Brighton events are hosted by an experienced team who make sure everyone feels comfortable from the moment they arrive. Many of our guests are first-timers, and you’ll never be left standing alone or unsure what to do — everything is clearly guided and thoughtfully structured.

⭐ Age range guidance:

This event is best suited for guests aged 28-42, and the majority of attendees will fall within this range. For the best experience, we recommend booking events aligned with your age group.

What’s the experience actually like?

Speed dating is simple, social, and far less awkward than people expect.

You’ll meet up to 15 potential matches, with each mini-date lasting around five minutes — just enough time to see if there’s a spark. Ladies remain seated while gentlemen rotate, so the evening flows smoothly and naturally.

Our events typically attract working professionals who are tired of dating apps and are genuinely interested in meeting someone in real life.

A few things our guests love:

✔ A friendly, secure atmosphere

✔ Equal ratio of men and women (always)

✔ A clear structure — no pressure, no guessing

✔ Warm, attentive hosts to guide the evening

✔ A relaxed crowd looking for something meaningful

Speed dating isn’t weird or creepy, in fact, it’s become one of the most popular alternatives to online dating for people who want real connections without the noise.

After the event

The following day, you’ll log into your True Dating account to select your matches. If there’s a mutual connection, you can start chatting securely and arrange a second date.

(Matching closes at 4pm, so be sure to submit before then.)

Why True Dating?

We’ve been organising successful dating events for years and have helped thousands of singles meet someone they’re excited to see again. We’re so confident in the experience that if you don’t meet anyone you’d like to reconnect with, your next event is on us.

Spaces are limited and events often sell out — book early to avoid missing out.

It’s time to stop swiping and start dating in real life.
