As the days draw shorter, and the weather gives us cause to seek shelter, we welcome into our bunker local science-artist & long-time friend of Sunday Assembly Nick Sayers. Jumping off from his last talk on camera obscurae, Nick will be telling us about his current project installing reproduction 'Ground Zero Indicator' pinhole cameras atop abandoned nuclear bunkers.

We’ll be raising money* again for Moulsecoomb Forest Garden and Wildlife Project who connect people with gardening, food, and nature, offering activities around horticultural, carpentry, woodland management, cooking, educational and social opportunities to everyone.

And of course, there’ll be our regular round of singing, food bank**, tea (bring your keep-cup!), cake***, and friendly chit-chat with old friends and new****, to keep our spirits up and community warm :) Click the link in bio or see our Facebook/website for more details!

Following the assembly, will be our AGM. Please do stick around and have a say in how Sunday Assembly Brighton is run.

* money raised is usually split 50:50 between the charity and Sunday Assembly (for running costs, hall hire, tea, etc)

** tins of food, dry packet food, toiletries, and so on to be distributed to Brighton food banks by us at Sunday Assembly :)

*** and if you're a keen baker - bring cake/brownies/your great bake-off practice pieces!

**** hey, tell your friends and bring them along too: more people = more community = more singing and good times :)
