About This Event

Brighton's independent music scene is set to be electrified as London's acclaimed art-rock outfit Ulrika Spacek brings their distinctive sound to The Hope & Ruin on Thursday 8 October. Since their formation in 2014, the band has carved a niche for themselves with a compelling fusion of razor-sharp, angular guitar work, propulsive krautrock-inspired rhythms, and the ethereal textures of shoegaze. This unique sonic tapestry conjures deeply immersive soundscapes that have captivated audiences and critics alike. Prepare for an evening where intricate musicality meets raw energy, as Ulrika Spacek promises a performance that is both intellectually stimulating and viscerally engaging. The doors open and the music begins at 8pm, offering a full night of sonic exploration.
