Create your vision for winter & reflect on ways to care for yourself as the season shifts - no artistic skill required with simple prompts.

She will be hosting a limited number of these workshops from her cosy studio on Church Road in Hove between September-October. Sessions are small, so places will go fast.

About this workshop:

The Autumnal Equinox at the end of September marks the official shift into autumn. While vision boarding is often associated with the New Year, the transition into crisper, colder months offers a beautiful opportunity to pause, reflect, and consider how you want to care for yourself as the seasons change.

In this workshop, you’ll be guided through reflective prompts, with tips and inspiration to help you create a vision board that feels personal and meaningful.

Emily will provide materials and creative inspiration, and you’re also welcome to bring along any images, photographs, or keepsakes you’d like to incorporate.

Together, we’ll explore what you want to carry into the winter months, what you might like to release, and how you can create more space for rest, creativity, and intention.

Drawing on the natural rhythm of the seasons, this is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and honour what you need as the days grow shorter.

You’ll leave with a personal vision board to support and inspire you through the winter months, along with, hopefully, a renewed sense of calm, grounding, and connection to yourself.

No artistic experience is required. Come along on your own or bring a loved one.

The final workshop will take place during the day on Samhain (Hallows' eve). Traditionally marking the transition from autumn into winter, Samhain is a time associated with honouring the turning of the seasons, reflecting on what has passed, and making space for what is to come. It offers a fitting moment to gather, create, and set intentions for the darker months ahead.
