Filmed over nearly two decades across Gaza and the UK, the film investigates the human cost of the conflict in Gaza and local British activism targeting military manufacturing facilities. It focuses on the connection between British-manufactured weapons components and military actions in Gaza, alongside domestic grassroots resistance, including at the L3 Harris facility in Moulsecoomb/Brighton and General Dynamics in Hastings.
The screening will be followed by a Q&A with the director of the film, Medyan Diarieh and Anna Stavrianakis.
Anna Stavrianakis is a Professor of International Relations at the University of Sussex and Director of Research and Strategy at Shadow World Investigations in London. She works with civil society researchers and activists, journalists, lawyers and members of parliament on issues of the international arms trade and arms export controls.
