Besides the Sea celebrates the many ways creativity shapes life in Weston, how it brings people together, enriches everyday experiences, amplifies new voices and helps us imagine new possibilities. This group exhibition brings together work by young artists based in Bristol and Weston, who have spent the last year working with photographer Polly Braden as part of Against the Tide (27 June – 27 September 2026), a project developed in collaboration with journalist Lisa Bachelor f
