Occupational ill health remains one of the biggest challenges facing the construction industry. In partnership with the HSE's Working Well Together initiative, this practical event will help employers, managers and health and safety professionals better understand how to identify, assess and control key occupational health risks in the workplace.

Through a series of expert presentations and real-world case studies, attendees will gain valuable insight into:

Understanding health hazards, including dust, noise, isocyanates, lead and hand-arm vibration

Selecting competent occupational hygiene and exposure monitoring support

Interpreting exposure monitoring and health surveillance results

Choosing suitable PPE and understanding its limitations

Supporting workforce wellbeing and creating a culture where health conversations happen early

Gain practical knowledge and advice to help prevent long-term harm and create healthier, safer workplaces.

This is an in‑person event. Please only register if you are able to travel to the venue.

This is your opportunity to expand your knowledge and enhance your professional journey. The event will support development across a range of IOSH competencies, including:
