A peer mentoring and learning space for the independent Food & Drinks community in Bristol

Hospitality is having a challenging time. Bristol is a city where people help each other out and that is the spirit of this event. The old addage of "a problem shared is a problem halved" comes to mind. How can we learn from each other to overcome the strong head winds facing hospitality in a way that helps the independent food and drink sector in Bristol thrive? We will crowd source the topics together on the night but here are a few ideas to get us going: How do we stay resilient and profitable in the current climate? What experiments are people trying and what is working? What help do we need now and from where? Jamie Pike and David Nettleton from the Doers Dojo will host the event in partnership with The Assemblies Ltd. There will be some snacks and light refresments available as well as an option to buy food from the menu after the event.
