Date: 19th of November 2026

Time: 1.00 p.m - 3.00 p.m

Join us as we begin shaping next year's celebration of sanctuary, community, and creativity. 2027 is a particularly exciting year as it's our 10 year anniversary!

This meeting is open to anyone interested in sharing feedback from this year, contributing ideas or being involved in next year's festival. We’ll discuss initial theme ideas and dates, explore opportunities for collaboration, and set out the next steps for planning and co-producing inclusive events.

This is also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other community members who are dedicated to collaboration and inclusivity.
