About This Event

On 22nd September 2026, the Sea Stores Nature Reserve in Bristol will host a ReNature ReConnect Project Day focused on grassland restoration. Participants will assist in clearing scrub and unwanted vegetation to promote species-rich grassland, alongside scything an area of the reserve. This outdoor event invites community involvement in preserving and enhancing local biodiversity.

A ReNature ReConnect Project Day

Come along and help us clear scrub and other unwanted vegetation in favour of the species rich grassland at Sea Stores Nature Reserve. We will also be scything an area of the grassland to help maintain and improve biodiversity.

Transport will be provided from Bristol at 9.45am from outside The Bristol Hotel on Prince Street (next to Farr's Lane).

For anyone making their own way to site we will meet you at the entrance to Sea Stores on Riverside Road at 10.20am. What3Words: boot.warns.mock

Please bring with you a mug, packed lunch, water bottle, suitable clothes/boots/shoes and waterproofs if it looks like rain. All tools, gloves and refreshments will be provided.
