Join the Annual Meeting and Health Fair 2026 at Memorial Stadium on September 24th which is free of charge for everyone involved in Early Years & childcare or EY to discuss partnerships, transformation, and future NHS services.
Come and be part of an engaging evening focused partnerships, transformation and the future of your local NHS services.
Bristol NHS Foundation Trust will be hosting a Health Fair followed by its Annual Meeting at The Memorial Stadium, home of Bristol Rovers Football Club, on Thursday 24 September 2026 from 4:30pm to 7:15pm, and we would be delighted if you could join us.
The event will begin with our Health Fair (4:30pm – 5:45pm), featuring interactive stalls from across Bristol NHS Group and local community organisations. This is an opportunity to meet our teams, explore services, and get your blood pressure or cholesterol checked as part of the free health checks.
As featured on BBC’s The One Show, the 3D Medical Centre will be at the event, where you can find out more about their work and speak with colleagues and partners from across your local NHS. The full line-up of stalls will be shared soon.
Following this, our Annual Meeting (6:00pm – 7:15pm) will reflect on the past year and share our plans for the future.
The Annual Meeting will provide an opportunity to hear about:
Developments in cutting edge robotic surgery and our partnership with Bristol Rovers Community Trust, demonstrating how we are working together in partnership to transform services and improve outcomes.
How we have performed against our priorities.
Governance and leadership across the Group.
Financial performance.
Our intentions and commitments for the year ahead.

Who are Bristol NHS Foundation Trust?
Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is a partnership between NBT and UHBW. Both trusts provide healthcare to over 1.5 million people across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Weston and the South West.
