Chicken liver parfait with a seeded puffed cracker, chutney and dressed leaves.

Roasted butternut squash soup with pumpkin seeds, sourdough and locally churned butter.

Heritage tomatoes with burrata, balsamic and basil oil.

Main Course — Family-Style Sharing served to the table

A trio of slow-roasted horseradish and rosemary marinated beef, roast pork loin and butter roasted chicken with a rich sticky jus.

Vegetarian & Vegan Alternative

Mushroom and chestnut Wellington with a rich sticky jus.

served with truffle roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, cauliflower cheese gratin, honey-roasted parsnips and carrots*.
