About This Event

The Lunar Women's Writing Circle will take place on 3 December 2026 at River Room Studio in Bristol. This monthly gathering, aligned with the new moon, offers a supportive environment for writers to connect, dream, and write while enjoying cake. Participants will explore different writing prompts and styles, making it suitable for both experienced writers and beginners.

A space to connect, to dream and to write … and eat cake.

Meeting monthly around the new moon (where we can) and drawing on the feminine energy of the moon, our writers circle is a space to connect, to dream and to write … and eat cake.

Each month, we’ll use a different prompt or meditation to inspire ideas and words, and give you the opportunity to explore and have fun with different styles of writing.

The writers circle is a supportive space that’s open to all writers, and those just starting to dip their pen in the ink are absolutely welcome.

About me, with an MA in Creative Writing, I’m a self-published author and shamanic healing practitioner who believes in the power of writing, be it journaling and memoirs for personal development or creating stories for others that bring hope.
