About This Event

The Microsoft 365 Copilot User Group takes place at Aerospace Bristol. This user-led event focuses on AI agents, real-world adoption, and the latest Microsoft 365 Copilot features. Tickets are free.

Explore the latest Microsoft 365 Copilot features, AI agents and real-world adoption in a user-led event built around your priorities.

Microsoft Copilot is evolving at an incredible pace. New features, AI agents and productivity tools are being released all the time, making it difficult to know what's genuinely useful and what it all means for your organisation.

That's why we created the Kascade Microsoft 365 Copilot User Group. This event brings together IT leaders, Microsoft 365 administrators, Copilot champions and business leaders who want to get more from Microsoft's AI tools. It's an opportunity to see the latest capabilities in action, learn from real-world experiences and ask the questions that matter to you.

Unlike a traditional seminar, this isn't a fixed agenda. Every session is shaped by the people attending. When you register, you'll be able to tell us which topics you'd like us to cover, vote on the sessions that interest you most and suggest your own ideas. We'll use that feedback to build an agenda that's relevant, practical and focused on what our community wants to learn.

Whether you're rolling out Copilot for the first time, looking to improve adoption or exploring what's next for AI across Microsoft 365, you'll leave with practical ideas, useful conversations and plenty you can take back to your organisation.

What we'll cover

Every User Group is different because every agenda is built around your feedback.

When you register, let us know what you'd like to see covered and we'll shape the session around the topics that matter most. Popular themes include:

The latest Microsoft Copilot features and announcements

Live demonstrations of new capabilities

AI agents and automation across Microsoft 365

Practical prompting tips and productivity wins

Copilot adoption and user engagement

Governance, security and Shadow AI

Microsoft Purview and managing AI safely

Real-world customer examples and lessons learned

Open Q&A and discussion

If there's something specific you'd like us to explore, simply tell us when you register. This is your User Group, and we want every session to provide practical value that you can put into action straight away.

Why attend?

Technology moves quickly, but you don't have to keep up on your own.

The Kascade Microsoft 365 Copilot User Group is designed to help you stay informed, share ideas with other organisations and understand how Microsoft Copilot is evolving in the real world.

There are no sales presentations or product pitches. Just practical demonstrations, honest conversations and a community of people all trying to get more value from Microsoft 365 AI.

Whether you've been using Copilot for months or are only just getting started, you'll leave with new ideas, useful connections and a clearer picture of what's possible before the next quarterly session.
