Welcome to Misfit Nation, the ultimate event for trailblazing Business Misfits ready to build THEIR Empire, on THEIR terms.

Misfit Nation

Most business events go something like this:

Bland name badges.

Awkward networking.

Someone telling you how to “scale faster” while you politely sip bad coffee.

Misfit Nation is… not that.

Hosted by Emma Eirene, founder of The Business Misfit Network, this is a gathering for the entrepreneurs, creatives, professionals and quiet rule-breakers who know they were never going to build their business the “normal” way anyway.

It’s for the people who believe authenticity is not just a buzzword — it’s their greatest advantage.

The ones who know their quirks, creativity and individuality aren’t something to hide… they’re the whole point.

For one day, a room full of brilliant misfits come together to learn, connect, experiment and play.

Expect inspiring talks from speakers who actually walk their talk, immersive and interactive experiences, and conversations that spark ideas you didn’t know you needed.

But more than that, expect something rare at a business event:

Fun.

Real laughter.

Real connection.

And a room full of people who are done pretending to be anything other than themselves.

Because the truth is, businesses built from authenticity, curiosity and joy don’t just feel better.

They tend to work better too.

What to expect

• Inspiring talks and insights from brilliant misfit thinkers

• Playful, hands-on activities designed to spark creativity and action

• Genuine connections with like-minded entrepreneurs and professionals

• A room full of people who value collaboration over competition

• Fresh ideas for building a business that actually feels like you

Why Misfits Build the Best Businesses

History is full of misfits.

The people who thought differently.

Questioned the rules.

Followed curiosity instead of convention.

The ones who didn’t quite fit the mould… and eventually realised they didn’t need to.

Because the truth is, the most interesting businesses rarely come from people trying to copy what already exists.

They come from people brave enough to do things differently.

People who build brands around their personality.

Who create ideas others haven’t thought of yet.

Who trust their instincts even when it looks a little unconventional.

In other words…

Misfits.

Misfit Nation exists to bring those people together.

The creatives.

The rebels.

The curious minds.

The ones quietly building something bold, meaningful, and entirely their own.

Because when misfits gather in the same room, something powerful happens.

Ideas collide.

Collaborations begin.

And suddenly the thing you’ve been building alone doesn’t feel quite so lonely anymore.

If you’ve ever felt like you were doing business a little differently…

You’re probably in the right place.
