This OTS event features Mark Allan who will join the Whitbread PLC Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director from 1 October 2026, and will also serve on the Company's Audit and Nomination Committees.

Mark was also Chief Executive Officer of Land Securities Group PLC, one of Europe's leading real estate companies. He brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience, having previously served as CEO of St. Modwen Properties and Unite Group PLC, where he led the transformation of the business into the UK's leading student accommodation platform. A Chartered Accountant by training, Mark began his career with KPMG and has extensive expertise in property, strategy, finance, and corporate governance.
