If you notify us at least 72 hours before the event, we will do our best to accommodate a ticket transfer to a different workshop date. We cannot transfer tickets with less than 72 hours notice. Please note that a ticket can only be transferred once. Please email info@lovelybrushly.co.uk for any ticket transfer requests. Please include details of the reservation and the name the ticket was booked under.

If you can no longer make the event, the ticket buyer may gift or sell the ticket to another person. You will be notified of the change by email. In the rare occasion Lovely Brushly needs to cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to another event.

Please note, if you are late to the workshop, you may be refused entry to minimise disruption to the class

Food and Drink

Food and drink are not included in the ticket price – they are likely to be provided by the venue, but please check availability with the venue prior to arrival. Under no circumstances are you allowed to bring your own drink, snacks or food to the venue, unless explicitly stated.
