Tickets A night of political, social and cultural comedy featuring some of the most exciting grassroots comedians of Bristol and beyond – and the acts ACTUALLY get paid. Come join the revolution! WINNER (Chortle awards): Best Comedy Format 2026 for South West & Wales! WHY THE PEOPLE’S COMEDY? The People’s Comedy formed in 2018 with the aim of platforming comedians with a message (think counter-culture, underrepresented, original) and ensuring that they’re paid for their craft. On top of that, no headliners showcasing each act’s unique comedic voice. Also, this night supports the collectively owned PRSC building to grow and thrive. Please note: the more we make through tickets, the more we can pay acts! But please only give as much as you can comfortably. There is a bar which opens the same time as doors, from 7pm.
