But repeatedly changing working times and being awake at night has significant consequences for physical, mental, social health, performance and public safety. Combing science, skills and support this pioneeering workshop aims to empower you with: An understanding of your body clocks and the challenges of shift working. Practical skills to optimise your phsyiology and design your shifts. Skills in Hot debreifing following challenging incidents. A supportive network of colleagues and resources. Whether you're a night owl or an early bird, discover tips and tricks to help you adapt to shifts, that work on even the toughest day.
