The Cut is a unique elimination running challenge held in Bristol. Every runner starts together, but every 3km the cutoff time gets faster. Beat the clock to continue to the next round. Miss the cutoff, and your race is over. The challenge continues until only one runner remains.

What sets The Cut apart is its simple but relentless format. There are no complicated rules—just you, the clock and every runner chasing one more round. As the pace increases, the race becomes as much a test of strategy and mental resilience as it is physical endurance, creating an atmosphere unlike any traditional running event.

With every round, the pressure builds. Every second counts. Will you make the cut?

The Round Structure: (3KM Rounds)

Round 1 — 20:00 (6:40/km)

Round 2 — 18:00 (6:00/km)

Round 3 — 16:00 (5:20/km)

Round 4 — 14:00 (4:40/km)

Round 5 — 12:00 (4:00/km)

Round 6 — 10:00 (3:20/km)

Round 7 — 08:00 (2:40/km)

Survive all 7 and you've beaten The Cut.
