This course is the perfect next step for anyone who’s completed a beginners class or has some prior experience.

This ten week course is term time only, Wednesday, 7 pm - 8.30pm

This course is ideal for those who have completed French for Beginners or have prior experience with the language.

Course Content:

Throughout the course, students will learn how to build upon the knowledge they gained in Year 1 as well as becoming more confident, fluent and competent.

Basic grammar will be taught to give you a solid foundation in the language even though the emphasis will still be on developing speaking, listening and reading skills. Writing will mostly feature as homework

The lessons will ensure that you master pronunciation and simple phrases for everyday conversation. The lessons will include a variety of activities and resources aiming to give you excellent opportunities to practise your language skills.

Ideally, students will have spent at least one years studying French to get the most out of the course.

What do I need to bring:

Pen and notebook. The tutor will recommend a chosen course book that you may purchase as a study aid.

Missed sessions by individual students are non-refundable.
