Escape into another unforgettable weekend of stories, connection, and cozy fall vibes at our second annual book-themed retreat in the heart of Broken Bow!

From Thursday, November 5th to Monday, November 9th, join fellow readers for a rejuvenating, unplugged getaway filled with silent reading sessions, book chats, creative workshops, and fireside evenings — all from the comfort of a private cabin tucked among the trees.

Whether you’re diving into fantasy, gripping historical fiction, or curled up with your latest thriller, this retreat is your chance to slow down, read freely, and recharge in good company.

Come solo or with friends — just bring your current read, your coziest loungewear, and your love of books.

💵 Cost:

$375 per person

(Eventbrite fees not included; estimated total with fees is $402)

Bookish Craft Workshop: $25

Mystery Book: $20

Arriving early or staying through Monday morning? Add this meal package to enjoy a Thursday night welcome dinner and a Monday farewell breakfast with the group. Perfect for those extending their retreat weekend!

🕰️ Retreat Schedule & Arrival Info

Guests may arrive anytime after 5:00 PM on Thursday and must arrive no later than 6:00 PM on Friday to join the full experience. You’re welcome to depart anytime Sunday evening, but all guests must check out by 10:00 AM on Monday morning.

This flexible schedule lets you settle in, unwind, and enjoy the weekend at your own pace.

🏡 Accommodations & Lodging

We’re excited to share that our retreat cabin is already booked and ready for a cozy, story-filled weekend! Nestled in the heart of Broken Bow, this private lodge offers the perfect balance of comfort and connection — with plenty of room for reading, relaxing, and gathering by the fire. It also has mini golf and it's own pickleball court!

Rooms will include a mix of shared spaces, bunk-style rooms, and a limited number of private rooms with shared beds. As always, we’ll do our best to accommodate preferences, but single beds or private rooms cannot be guaranteed and will depend on registration order and overall group needs.

You’ll receive your room and bed assignment once registration closes or two weeks before the retreat.
