A free disco for people living with dementia, their carers, family and friends. Children are welcome too.

Dementia Disco is a registered charity (1206477) that runs regular discos across Greater Manchester. This is our Marple disco, organised by local volunteers with CareYourWay.

What to expect

A warm welcome: a volunteer will greet you, give you a name badge and help you find a comfortable seat.

Music and dancing: our DJ takes requests all evening. Dance if you want to, or sit back and enjoy it. Our volunteers are happy to join you on the dance floor.

A free buffet meal, usually served after the first 30 minutes, with hotpot or a selection of sandwiches and soup.

Free tea and coffee all evening. Other drinks can be bought from the club bar.

A fundraising raffle. Tickets are sold on the day, cash only.

Time to sit, relax and chat with other carers and families who understand.

Practical details

Doors and welcome from 5pm. The disco runs until 7pm.

Tickets are free. Please book so we can plan the food.
