Introduction to Silversmithing Evening Class Tues 5th Jan - Tues 9th Feb 2027
This evening class will be held in my home studio, this means that there are only 4 places, allowing for very focused support and the use of additional tools and equipment. You will be introduced to a variety of traditional jewellery making techniques, if you're completly new to Silversmithing then you'll start by making a ring then move onto other items you'd like to make, from earrings, bangles, necklace, stone setting........
Along the way, you’ll learn essential skills such as piercing (sawing), soldering, shaping, twisting, cleaning and polishing.
Perfect for beginners, this exciting evening class is a great introduction to jewellery making in a relaxed, friendly and supportive setting. With a combination of demonstrations and personalised guidance, you’ll complete beautiful, handmade silver items to take home for you or as gifts.
