About This Event

Various performers will present under the theme of starting again, offering guidance on finding direction after difficult chapters. Nina Ketel is a Life Coach and Confidence Mentor who helps people rebuild confidence, identity and direction after difficult life chapters.

Drawing on both professional experience and her own journey of rebuilding, Nina creates safe, supportive spaces for people to reconnect with themselves, rediscover their strengths and take practical steps towards the life they want.

She is the founder of The Meadow Hub in Buxton and the creator of What’s Next?, a confidence and possibility programme offering support to move forward with clarity and self-belief.

Nina is also the author of the forthcoming book The £30,000 Lesson – What I Wish I Knew Before My Divorce, sharing a message of hope, resilience and the belief that change is possible one small step at a time.
