Join us for the third event in the 2026 ATW St Neots Triathlon Series — now featuring an exciting new Middle Distance option alongside our much-loved Sprint, Standard and Super Sprint races.
Delivered by triathletes, for triathletes.
Whether you’re chasing a personal best or taking on your very first open water triathlon, ATW St Neots offers the perfect race-day experience in a safe, friendly and professionally delivered environment.
Set in the heart of St Neots, the event begins with a swim in the beautiful River Ouse before athletes head out onto a scenic bike course through the surrounding Cambridgeshire countryside and villages. The run route finishes with a riverside course around Riverside Park, creating a brilliant atmosphere for athletes and spectators alike.
The venue is just a short walk from the town centre, offering easy access to cafés, shops and local amenities.
Race Options
Choose from a range of distances to suit every level of athlete:
Super Sprint Triathlon – 400m swim / 9km bike / 2.5km run
Sprint Triathlon – 750m swim / 24km bike / 5km run
Standard Triathlon – 1500m swim / 46km bike / 10km run
Standard Aquabike – 1500m swim / 46km bike
Middle Distance Triathlon – 2250m swim / 89km bike / 20km run
Middle Distance Aquabike – 2250m swim / 89km bike
There’s also the opportunity to race as part of a relay team in both the Standard and Middle Distance events, with one athlete completing each discipline.
This is a draft-illegal (non-drafting) event.

The Super-Sprint, Sprint and Standard events have no cut-off times
The Middle-distance Aquabike has an overall cut-off of 5hrs30.
The Middle-distance Tri has the following cut-offs (due to daylight restrictions):
Bike complete by 5hrs30
Total event cut-off of 8hrs30
(If you do not meet these cutoffs you will be asked to reduce the number of laps you complete on the run to enable you to finish safely)

If you are unable to participate in your scheduled event for any reason—including injury, illness, pregnancy, bereavement, or other unforeseen circumstances—you can transfer your entry to any future ATW event. There is no proof required, we trust you!
Even better news, transfers can be made all the way up to 48 hours before your original event date.
