Whether you are completely new to the game or just want to refine your technique, this workshop is designed to help you get comfortable at the oche. We will spend the session breaking down the basics of a consistent throw, covering everything from proper stance and grip to aiming strategies. It is a relaxed, low-pressure environment where the goal is simply to get some practice in and feel more confident when playing. This session is open to anyone in the community looking to improve their skills or meet other local players. We will have plenty of boards available, so you will get plenty of time to throw and ask questions as we go along. If you have been looking for a reason to get involved with the league or just want to pick up a new hobby, this is a great place to start. Please let us know if you can make it by clicking the RSVP button so we have an idea of how many people to expect.
