Join us for the next Cuts & Countryside, a unique day bringing together farming, traditional butchery and exceptional food, taking you on the complete journey from field to fork.

Spend time with Master Butcher Miles, who will share more than 40 years of knowledge through live butchery demonstrations, exploring different cuts, traditional skills and the important relationship between farmer and butcher.

You’ll also head out onto the farm with Farmer Ed to meet the beautiful Belted Galloway cattle, discover regenerative grazing and learn first-hand about the care, knowledge and work that goes into producing great British food.

At the heart of the day will be an exclusive six-course tasting menu, created especially for Cuts & Countryside. Each course will showcase local produce, transforming what you’ve learned about in the field and at the butcher’s block into something exceptional on the plate.
