This is a special community session where adults and families are welcome to join Communities and Education Officer Becca to help wildlife

This is part of a 2026 mini-series of community work parties in Cambourne, to support local people to take action for wildlife and help others to enjoy the wonderful nature that Cambourne has to offer. Adults, and families with children aged 7+, are welcome. Older children can join our Youth Rangers group and attend unaccompanied (this needs to be arranged in advance). Tasks will not be suitable for younger children.

In this session, we'll be helping to remove some tree guards which have done their job and now need to be cut off and removed to stop them damaging the tree and creating litter.

Any children attending this event need to be accompanied by a responsible adult or be part of our Youth Ranger group for young people aged 11-17.

Toilet facilities will not be available for this session.
