High Performance Mindset
Much of what we do each day happens on autopilot.
Our thoughts, habits, and routines quietly shape how we show up, make decisions, and perform—often without our conscious awareness. These patterns can be powerful allies, or they can subtly limit our effectiveness and hold us back from achieving our goals.
In this interactive session, Christina Youell will explore how to recognise, adapt, and optimise your mindset to support higher levels of performance. You’ll gain insight into how ingrained habits are formed, how they influence leadership behaviour, and how increasing awareness creates choice. Developing the ability to intentionally shape your mindset is a critical capability of highly effective leaders—particularly in complex, high-pressure environments.
Christina Youell is an executive coach who works primarily with Executive Teams and Board members. She brings over 20 years of experience in coaching and facilitation, helping leaders enhance performance, strengthen impact, and lead with greater clarity and intention.
