About This Event

The Forest Bathing festival will bring a Forest Bathing session to Hatfield Forest in Cambridge on 2026-08-16 at 10:00, where attendees will be invited to slow down and disconnect from the digital world.

In your Forest Bathing session, you will be invited to make a conscious decision to slow down and disconnect from the ever-increasing digital world. You will be guided through a range of activities including mindful walking, focused attention and connecting with nature: no swimsuit or water required! it isn't a hike but a gentle walk, there are no set goals, just curiosity, awareness and letting yourself be open to experiencing the awe and wonder of being in the outdoors and immersing yourself in the environment around you.

If you're joining us on the 15th May or the 9th October for our evening sessions, please make sure to bring a torch, a blanket, insect repellent and perhaps extra layers to keep you warm!
