Join us for an evening panel with EFG International (https://www.efginternational.com/uk/about.html), who bring entrepreneurial thinking to Swiss private banking, ahead of the E-Lab Annual Dinner. What happens when experience is no longer enough? As technology reshapes work, geopolitical tensions redefine markets, and established assumptions are challenged, leadership increasingly means making decisions without precedent. Drawing on pivotal moments from their own careers, senior members of EFG will explore how leaders develop judgement, build trust, and act decisively when the rules are being rewritten in real time. The discussion will examine not only how leadership is changing today, but which human qualities will matter most in a future where intelligence is no longer exclusively human.

About our panellists:

Sanjin Mohorovic is Head of EFG's Americas Region and a member of EFG International's Global Business Committee since July 2021. He previously served as Global Private Banking Chief Operating Officer at EFG in Zurich and as Private Banking Chief Operating Officer of EFG's Latin America Region, based in Miami, from 2017 to 2019, having held senior positions at BSI, including Managing Director of BSI Bank in the Bahamas from 2013 to 2017. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds an MA in Social and Economic Sciences from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.

Franco Polloni is Head of EFG's Switzerland & Italy Region and a member of both EFG International's Global Business Committee and the Executive Committee of EFG Bank. He joined EFG in May 2017 as Head of Central Switzerland, Ticino & Italy Region. Before that, he was Head of Private Clients & Asset Management and a member of the Executive Board of Banca del Ceresio in Lugano from December 2014, having held various leadership positions at BSI between 2008 and 2014, including Head of Private Banking Switzerland and a seat on the Group Executive Board from 2008 to 2010.

Sir Anthony Cooke-Yarborough was appointed Private Banking Chairman of EFG International in January 2019, in which global role he sits on EFG International's Global Business Committee and reports directly to the CEO. He was Head of EFG International's UK Region from June 2016 to January 2019, and CEO of EFG Private Bank Ltd, London — EFG International's wholly owned UK subsidiary — from June 2011 to January 2019. He has also served on the boards of EFG International's subsidiaries EFG Private Bank (Channel Islands) Ltd, Guernsey, EFG Wealth Solutions (Jersey) Ltd and EFG Asset Management (UK) Ltd, London.
