We offer a unique approach which emphasizes family atmosphere, personalized attention, acceptance of all people, and individual evolution.
Our Martial Art is a complex, non-competitive internal style. It starts out with simpler, linear techniques for self-defence, and leads up to characteristic circular techniques at more advanced levels.
Our classes are open for adults and teenagers of any level.
