About your hosts...
Andrea, Nicola and Rebecca come from different backgrounds but have one goal they share - to help you feel good, boost your confidence and prioritise your self care.
Andrea has worked in the fitness industry for over 30 years. She is passionate about helping you feel stronger, healthier, more confident and happier in yourself.
Rebecca is an ecotherapist, wellbeing practitioner and mindfulness teacher. She creates calming experiences to reduce stress, pause and prioritise your self care.
Nicola is a yoga and Pilates teacher, Reiki healer and fitness teacher. She brings the positive and empowering energy to all she does to help you nurture and respect your body and mind.
The festival...
Throughout our time together you will be gently guided through the day in a way that empowers and uplifts you. Flowing from empowering meditation practices, energy boosting fitness, regulating yoga and deep relaxation in mindfulness and sound baths, you will leave this day feeling restored and renewed.
We will have a time for connection at the end too with free herbal teas on offer plus a variety of local wellness practitioners and small businesses that you can browse and engage with. It's a great chance to find out what is around you locally to continue to support your wellbeing as we move into the autumn and winter months.
We hope you can join us for this wonderful mini-festival. We have early bird prices available until the end of July and we'd love to you to secure your spot as a promise to yourself. A promise that you are worthy enough of this time to relax and recharge.
