Presented by Royal Papworth Hospital Voices That Shape Research is a free public event celebrating the vital role that patients, clinicians, researchers and the public play in shaping the future of healthcare research. Join us to hear inspiring stories from patients who have taken part in research, clinicians leading innovative studies, researchers advancing healthcare, and members of the public who help influence research priorities and design. Discover how research is transforming lives and how collaboration between patients, healthcare professionals and the public helps ensure research focuses on what matters most. The event will feature a range of engaging presentations covering topics such as heart and lung health, early cancer detection, patient recruitment and involvement in research. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear directly from those involved in research, ask questions, share their perspectives and learn more about how research improves healthcare. Whether you are a patient, carer, member of the public, healthcare professional or simply interested in medical research, this event offers a unique opportunity to explore the impact of research and discover how you can get involved.
