What does leadership mean to you?
When you hear the word leader, do you see yourself? Or do you picture someone else?
This month, we are gathering in person to explore what leadership means on our own terms and what gets in the way of us fully embracing it.
Welcome to a space for women's personal growth.
For generations, many forms of women's leadership have gone unseen or undervalued.
Leadership isn't only about titles or positions of power.
It is also found in the woman who builds community, creates change through social initiatives, nurtures others, starts something new, speaks up for what matters, or cares for her family every single day.
These forms of leadership shape our world too.
We are living through a time of uncertainty conflict, division, and an ecological crisis that affects us all.
Perhaps now, more than ever, the world needs compassionate, courageous, and holistic leadership. The kind of leadership that many women already embody.
The question is...
Do we recognise it in ourselves?
And what happens when we do?
We'll gather in circle to explore these questions together with honesty, curiosity, and connection.
If a woman comes to mind while you're listening, invite her... Because she's a leader too.
And she might need this space just as much as you do.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring your water bottle, and come exactly as you are.
