Workout Wednesday is a completely FREE weekly Social Fitness meet-up in Cambridge, happening every Wednesday at 6pm.

This isn’t a fitness class and you don’t need to be super fit.

It’s simply an opportunity to get outside, exercise with other people and make fitness more social.

We use the outdoor calisthenics area and surrounding space, with the session depending on who turns up and what people feel comfortable doing.

You might do:

Bodyweight exercises

Calisthenics

Walking or light running

Mobility and stretching

Simple circuits

Your own workout alongside the group

Or just come along, meet everyone and see what it’s about

There is no membership required and no pressure to keep up with anybody else.

Complete beginners are welcome.
