Most of us aren’t trying to come home to a place. We’re trying to come home to a self — the part of us that learned, somewhere along the way, to go quiet. To take up less room. To carry it all without flinching.

That part didn’t disappear. It’s been waiting for you to come back for it.

This evening is where you do.

What to expect

We begin with a cup of ceremonial cacao — a gentle heart-opener that brings you into the room and out of the day you’ve just had. From there, I’ll guide you through a P.A.U.S.E. meditation: a simple, body-based practice for coming back to yourself when you’ve been carrying too much for too long. It’s the practice at the heart of my work with clients, and at the heart of my book.

Then you lie back and let go. Gongs and crystal singing bowls move through the body, quieting the mind and giving your nervous system permission to do what it’s been waiting to do — soften, settle, release.

No experience needed. Nothing to get right. You just lie down and let the sound do the work.

Why this night

The moon sits in Cancer on the 10th — the sign of home, belonging and the inner child — in the quiet days before the New Moon. A naturally inward, tender time, and exactly the right conditions for this work.

Practical details

🤎 Bring a blanket and wear something comfortable. Mats and cushions provided.

☕ Cacao is ceremonial-grade and dairy-free. Please let us know of any allergies. Cacao is a mild stimulant, so check with your GP if you take antidepressants or have a heart condition.
