Summer Sound Baths at the Yurt - The Quiet View
Immersive 1hour sound bath meditation with Gong, singing bowls, monochord, voice...
Dear Friends
The beautiful yurt at The Quiet view, near Canterbury, is a unique place to experience all seasons, surrounded by the beautiful Kentish countryside with trees and birds often heard during our sessions. Its also a place where you can really slow down to hear and feel the depth of the instruments well.
Each session is an enveloping, one-hour sound journey—an invitation to slow down, tune in, and see where the sound takes you. A space for deep listening and inner insights through sound.
Sound Emergence is a practice dedicated to bridging art, contemplative practices and community through sound. We work with groups and organisations, running regular sound baths and immersions in Kent and beyond. We also create site specific projects across historical sites, bringing people together through heritage, land and sound.
Come as you are, and let the sound carry you.
What to expect and bring
For those not familiar with sound baths, its often a deeply relaxing, meditative sound journey that can have a positive impact on mental and physical health.
You experience it laying down comfortably in a shared space with others.
Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow. If you can't bring one or more of this let me know so I can arrange.
